Most of the music is fast paced, frenetic
and danceable - the kind of music one can't sit still. It consists of
a full band, guitar, bass, percussionists, three vocalist and professional
dancers including Capoeira. It's ideal for festivals such as, Jazz Festivals,
Folk Festivals, Grand Openings, Olympic games, etc. Aché Brasil has created
new exciting rhythms by combining different styles of Brazilian music
together, example, Coco and Maracatu, Samba and coco, etc. The dancers
will teach the audience to dance and will ask the audience to join in.
The costumes are very colorful, dazzling, and authentic Brazilian.

Aché Brasil - Samba show and Carnaval
Parade. Brazilian Percussion with Batucada rhythms Samba show is an amazing performance of Samba dancers wearing gorgeous Samba Costumes dancing (choreographed) to the frenetic rhythms of "Samba" the most captivating and infectious rhythm of Brazil. Live percussionists play what we Brazilians call, "Batucada." It is also an option to have this show as a carnaval parade. A parade of percussionists playing Samba resembling the parades during the "Carnaval in Rio," (Brazilian "Carnaval" - Mardi-gras). Samba dancers parade wearing dazzling costumes, "sequence and feathers" while Capoeiristas perform the acrobatic martial arts dance, "Capoeira" around them. The percussionists follow the dancers with big drums, whistles, tamborines, shakers, surdos, etc. Very exciting! See photo. Instruments: Brazilian percussion instruments. |
