Samba/Zumba Classes from Aché Brasil.
CLASSES ARE ON A BREAK RIGHT NOW – RESUME FEBRUARY 1, 2012
Providing high energy classes and passionate, experienced dance instruction to all Ache Brasil studio students, Brazilian born choreographer Andrea Monteiro offers teachings in a number of Latin dances including Samba, Salsa, Forro and Zumba. Feel like Samba-ing your way to better health? Each course will consist of different Brazilian rhythms and dances like Samba no Pe, Samba de Roda, Samba Reggae and Pagode. Zumba, Known as the exercise in disguise, is a cardio-based workout that involves fantastic music, dance steps and high energy – plus, it’s a routine that is designed for participants of any fitness level. Mix and match classes anyway you want.
Monday – Samba class from 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Wednesday – Zumba class from 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Saturday – Samba class from 3:15pm to 4:15pm
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water (shoes are not required)!

If you purchased 1 month of UNLIMITED classes through teamby.ca, you can check our schedule for Intro classes and just show up a few minutes before to take the class. All you will need to do is to fill out a release form and start. If you never took Capoeira before, you begin with the INTRO classes. If you are at a higher level, please email: info@achebrasil.com or call us first to determine your level.
